This project involved the complete refurbishment and decoration of a period property set over 3 floors in Georgian Dublin. It was important that all the original period features were retained as much as possible whilst also giving a more modern feel to the house. My client wanted an extremely luxurious, comfortable feel in the upper levels which would be suitable for private music recitals and entertaining whilst at garden level (basement) a more relaxed, family space was required.

The basement already housed a small kitchen which was to be retained, this area was extremely dull as there was a lack of natural light so an important element of the brief was to introduce a sense of light and space.
